ECi Acsellerate is led by a team of knowledgeable professionals with many years of sales, marketing, operations, software development and customer service experience. Everyone on the Acsellerate team is dedicated to customer satisfaction and passionate about helping independent businesses prosper. We are proud and honored to help you grow your business!
Steve Sabatini, President, is responsible for the overall direction and operation of the organization. Steve brings a broad range of sales, marketing and management experience from a variety of technology companies including IBM, Value America and Internet2Anywhere. Steve focused on helping to solve revenue and profitability challenges of independent businesses in strategic vertical industries. Steve received his undergraduate degree from Pace University and his MBA from George Mason University. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, woodworking, running and most activities associated with the great outdoors.
Jennifer Johnson, Vice President, is responsible for international sales, partner management and strategic development. She has a lifetime of sales, marketing and management experience in technology solutions, Internet strategy, and professional services with Businessland, CompuCom Systems, Value America, ReturnBuy and Amazing Media, Inc. Johnson attended both George Washington University and George Mason University. She is an avid golfer, basketball official and enjoys gardening in her spare time.
Jon Biavati, Director of Technology, is responsible for managing the infrastructure and product development for Acsellerate, including new application technology, and all data integration. He has spent a lifetime in the technology industry, with over 20 years of software development experience. Jon previously managed an IT department for LeCroy and spent 10 years as a consultant writing custom data management and reporting applications. Jon attended RPI for electrical engineering. In his free time he enjoys boating, hiking, racquetball and playing darts.
Amy Fisher, Business Development, communicates with potential customers, illustrating the value of Acsellerate’s analytics, reporting and integrated CRM to grow their sales and margin. She also works closely with training and support to ensure new customers successfully transition to our product. Amy brings 10 years of experience in the office supply industry, as the top margin-grossing sales rep for a large independent dealer in OH. She was named “sales rep of the year” before leaving to join an investment firm in 2005. Amy is actively involved in her community, volunteering with Findlay City Schools, Findlay Service League and as a member of her local United Way’s Community Impact Team. She holds a degree in Speech Communications and Theatre from Muskingum University, and in her limited free time enjoys organic gardening, learning about natural health and healing, and being involved with her children’s activities.
Stephanie Lewis, Dealer Training and Development, provides ongoing education and guidance to Acsellerate customers, enhancing the value and utilization of the application. This role allows us to analyze our customers’ training needs and offer specialized courses designed to support their goals. Stephanie has an extensive background in the office products industry, bringing more than 13 years experience to Acsellerate and our customers. She was most recently a Senior Account Manager for a large independent dealer in Ohio, providing ongoing consultative sales and support to clients. Stephanie has a degree from the University of Toledo and continually takes courses to sharpen her consultative selling skills. In her free time, Stephanie likes to exercise, read and try new restaurants.
Lauren LaRue, Dealer Training, provides dealer training and support to Acsellerate customers, increasing satisfaction and usage of the application. This new position provides another dedicated resource to Acsellerate’s fast growing customer base, ensuring that all users receive the premier training and personal support that have come to expect from the Acsellerate team. Lauren’s experience in the office products industry includes several years at a large independent dealer in Ohio, where she supported the sales team and end users as a Senior Sales Assistant. During that time she significantly increased gross profits by utilizing Acsellerate and successfully assisted in development, training and implementation of a brand new school program. Lauren enjoys playing volleyball, bike riding, jet skiing and spending her free time outdoors. She plays the bass guitar and loves to cook.
Jennifer Goldman, Dealer Training and Development, provides dealer training and support to Acsellerate customers, increasing satisfaction and usage of the application. Jennifer has an extensive background in the office products industry, and was most recently an Acsellerate customer working for a large dealer in Virginia. She is committed to customer satisfaction and has a wealth of training and customer service experience from a variety of roles at companies including Office Depot, Allied Office Products and US Office Products. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her five beautiful grandchildren, gardening, going to the beach and traveling.
Donnie Levings, Customer Support Engineer, helps with all aspects of the application. Donnie bring years of technical support experience along with excellent problem solving and communication skills. Prior to joining Acsellerate, Donnie worked as a Bicycle Mechanic, Qualified Mental Health Professional (case worker), and as a support technician for File & ServeXpress (the largest legal e-file provider in the nation) and Texas Tech University. Donnie graduated in December 2007 from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. He grew up in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and when not helping customers, he enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities from riding bikes, wakeboarding, yoga, rock climbing, hiking, and camping.
Yann Jacquemont, Dealer Services and Support, is dedicated to delivering superior support and assistance to Acsellerate’s international customers and partners on all of our products and services. Yann’s extensive knowledge of Acsellerate makes him a key contact for customers who have questions on some of the powerful but not frequently used features in the application. He works closely with dealers during the integration and “go live” process and manages several key partnerships for Acsellerate. Yann has experience as an IT consultant, but was most recently a Golf Pro in St. Martin where he helped develop a Junior Golf school for over 100 children. Yann is originally from France and some Acsellerate fans like to call support just to hear him talk (or get golf advice). He recently became a new father and is going to school part-time to earn his business degree. He likes to play golf, practice yoga, cook and travel with his wife in his free time.
John Harris, Dealer Services and Support, is responsible for facilitating the new dealer integration and “go live” process for dealers in the US from a variety of industries. He also is actively engaged in providing premier service to all Acsellerate customers. His extensive background in technical support includes over 12 years at Golfnet (and can you believe he doesn’t even play golf?), where he was the point person for hardware and software support to over 1,000 customers. John brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our support team, which comes from the ISP Company he started prior to joining the Acsellerate team. John attended Radford University in Virginia and graduated with a degree in Political Science. He has always had an interest in computers and technology, and was involved with the Internet long before it was commonplace. He lives on a small horse farm in North Carolina, enjoys long walks outdoors with his wife, two kids and three dogs.
Robert Myers, Dealer Services and Support, supports customers with all aspects of the application as well as finding analytic solutions to complex reporting needs. Robert brings a broad base of problem solving skills to his role at Acsellerate. He previously worked with customers on complicated and escalated accounting issues, and eventually was promoted to a supervisor at Brink’s Home Security. At EMR Elevator, Rob supported field technicians across Texas and implemented technology to help support customers more quickly and efficiently. Robert is a Texas Native and enjoys listening to music in his free time, which is very limited due to his four beautiful children.
